Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 11 October 2026

These terms explain how Arise Motion works with patients and families: what we offer, how bookings and payments work, and what we each can expect from the other.

On this page

1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use the Arise Motion website, or book and receive our services. By using the site or booking a session, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

2. Our services

Arise Motion offers physiotherapy through home visits in West Ahmedabad, video consultations, and phone and WhatsApp guidance. Neurological rehabilitation is our main focus. We also provide orthopaedic, paediatric and women’s health physiotherapy, personalised fitness sessions, and care for some other conditions.

Every service depends on an assessment and on whether it is suitable for your condition.

3. Not an emergency service

We are not an emergency service. In an emergency, such as sudden weakness, slurred speech, a drooping face, chest pain or a serious injury, call 108 or go to the nearest hospital.

4. No guaranteed results

Physiotherapy supports recovery, but results differ from person to person. They depend on the condition, its stage, and how consistently the plan is followed. We cannot promise a particular outcome or timeline.

5. Bookings

Bookings are made by phone call. We will confirm the date, time and type of session (home visit or video) with you. We may need to reschedule because of travel, safety, weather or illness, and we will tell you as early as we can.

6. Fees and payment

Fees depend on your condition and the type of care needed. We will tell you the fee before care begins.

Payment is due at the end of each session, or in advance if you choose a package of sessions. You can pay by UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), cash or bank transfer.

Fees for completed sessions are not refundable. If you have paid in advance, unused sessions are refunded within 7 working days of your request.

7. Cancellations and missed appointments

Please give at least 12 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. A missed appointment, or a cancellation after this time, may be charged up to 50% of the session fee. We waive this for illness or emergencies at Dr. Vidhi’s discretion.

8. Your responsibilities

  • Give accurate and complete medical information, including medicines, other treatments and recent changes.
  • Tell us about new or worsening symptoms before or during a session.
  • Follow the plan, and tell us if an exercise causes pain or worry.
  • For children and for patients who cannot decide for themselves, a parent, guardian or caregiver must give consent and be available.
  • Keep your doctor informed about your treatment.

9. Home visits

Home visits are available in the areas we serve. We may need a clear, safe space and a family member or caregiver present, especially for children and for patients with limited mobility. We may reschedule or decline a visit if safety is a concern.

10. Video and phone consultations

Remote sessions suit follow-ups, exercise review and guidance, but cannot replace a hands-on assessment in every case. A stable internet connection and a suitable space are your responsibility. We do not record sessions unless both sides agree.

11. Photos, videos and recordings

We take or use photos or videos of a patient only with written consent. Anything you send us on WhatsApp is used only for your care, as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Our website and content

13. Limitation of liability

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat have jurisdiction over any dispute.

15. Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page.
